PromCouture Dress Returns and Exchanges
We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not satisfied, we now accept returns for a refund or store credit!
The standard return policy for special occasion dresses is “no returns,” but we love our customers and want to go above and beyond.
Now most of our products are returnable for a refund or store credit. Please read below for more details.
We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not satisfied, we accept returns for refund or store credit. You can receive a refund on all products except those marked “store credit only” or “sale”. Sale items may be returned for store credit only. There is a 10% restocking fee for all refunds. Restocking fees are deducted from your final refund amount.
You must request a return authorization number from us within 7 days after receiving your order.
Once we receive your package, it can take 5-10 business days to process your refund/store credit.
If you need an exchange that is time sensitive due to an upcoming event, please let us know ASAP and we can offer you alternate options.
All items must be returned in the original condition as received.
You can receive store credit on all products, equivalent to the total value of your product purchase. Store credit is valid for five years after the issue date. Store credit is considered a payment method and can only be used for purchasing merchandise, it cannot be used towards shipping costs.
To use your store credit, enter the code in the box called “Promotional Code” in your Shopping Bag. Click the button called “Apply Code” to see the new adjusted price once the code has been applied.
If you use PromCouture’s pre-paid shipping label, an $8 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit amount.
Return shipping labels are issued to U.S. customers only.
All international customers are responsible to pay any and all fees when shipping an item back. (Duties, taxes, brokerage fees etc).
